“My breasts sagged after breastfeeding I miss that lifted, youthful shape I used to have.” – Natalie

“Pregnancy left me with a pooch and deflated breasts. I’d love to tackle both at once and feel like myself again.” – Stephanie

How A mommy makeover Works

A Mommy Makeover is all about reclaiming your pre-baby body—or crafting the one you’ve always wanted. The mommy makeovers I offer in my practice focus on two key areas: a tummy tuck to tighten your midsection and a breast lift to restore shape. While these can be done separately, most of my moms choose to combine them into one transformative surgery for a streamlined recovery and a balanced, natural look that gives them the restored body they want.

Part One: The Consultation

Your mommy makeover journey begins with a thorough one-on-one consultation which lasts about an hour.

We’ll assess your abdomen—checking for loose skin, stretched muscles, or stubborn fat—and your breasts, noting sagging or volume loss.

I’ll explain how a tummy tuck tightens skin and repairs muscles, while a breast lift repositions tissue for a youthful contour.

Some of my moms also choose to get augmentation (implants or fat transfer) so we can discuss that too.

While these can be standalone procedures, I’ll highlight why combining them is popular including one session of anesthesia, a combined recovery, and a comprehensive result.

We’ll cover every detail, question, and concern you have!

Part Two: The Surgery

Performed under general anesthesia, a mommy makeover combining both a tummy tuck and breast lift takes about 4-6 hours (if done separately you can expect 2-3 hours for either).

For the tummy tuck, an incision runs hip-to-hip above the pubic area, allowing me to remove excess skin, tighten abdominal muscles, and contour fat.

For the breast lift, incisions let me lift and reshape breast tissue and reposition the nipple.

Done separately, you’d recover between surgeries but together it’s one outpatient procedure.

Part Three: The Recovery

You’ll go home the same day with a compression garment, support bra, and detailed aftercare, including pain relief and wound care instructions.

The first 48-72 hours mean lots of rest and no heavy lifting. Cold compresses reduce swelling and bruising which usually peak between day 3 and 5.

Most moms resume light activities in 2-3 weeks.

Separately, recovery is similar per surgery but split across months.

Your final results—a taut tummy and lifted breasts—usually show up by the 12 week mark.

Me and my team support you through check-ins and follow-up appointments for the entire first year.

Once fully recovered our moms love this one-and-done approach and are happy they chose to get them both done at once.

Most Natural Face & Neck Lift

One of the top concerns my patients have when considering a face or neck lift is how natural the final outcome will look. They want to look refreshed, not overdone. Here’s how I ensure that happens…

Customizing to Your Unique Features

No two faces are the same, so I study your eye shape, skin tone, and brow position to plan a blepharoplasty that fits you perfectly, keeping your look authentic and personal.

Hiding Incisions in Natural Lines

For upper eyelids, I tuck the incision right in the natural crease where it blends seamlessly once healed; for lower lids, I often use a transconjunctival approach—inside the eyelid—so there’s no visible scar at all.

Removing Just the Right Amount Of Skin

I carefully remove excess skin, tighten what’s loose, and sometimes reposition fat to smooth hollows, but never overdo it—too much can leave you looking stretched, and I’m all about avoiding that surprised look.

Guiding a Smooth Recovery

I’ll have you use cold compresses and sleep with your head elevated for the first few days to keep swelling minimal—simple steps that help your refreshed look emerge naturally within weeks, fully settling in a month or two.

Common Concerns About a mommy makeover

Undergoing a mommy makeover is a big decision and it’s normal to have questions and concerns. Here are a couple of the most common ones I hear…

“How long will recovery really take and when can I play with my kids again?”

Combined, initial recovery is 2-3 weeks. This is when swelling and bruising subside and you can get back to light tasks.

Separately, it’s 2-3 weeks per procedure, a few months apart.

Avoid heavy lifting or exercise for 6-8 weeks either way.

Full healing (scars fading and shape settling) takes anywhere between 6 and 12 months.

“How painful is recovery and how do you help me manage it?”

General anesthesia keeps you pain-free during surgery.

Post-op, expect moderate discomfort like tightness in your abdomen and soreness in your breasts that peaks at 3-5 days.

Pain meds (prescription or over-the-counter) keep it under control but most of my moms say it feels like a serious core workout when combined. Separate surgeries mean milder, staggered discomfort like moderate exercise.

We’ll continually check in regularly and schedule follow-ups to ensure you’re comfortable.

“Will the scarring be noticeable?”

Scars are a trade-off for transformation, but I keep them discreet.

Tummy tuck scars hide below the bikini line and breast lift scars blend around the areola or under the breast.

All these scare will fade to fine lines in 6-12 months with care like sunscreen and silicone gel which we provide you with.

Combined or separate, my surgical techniques prioritize natural results over obvious marks.
